James teaches Floral Design for the North East ISD Community Education Department. He holds an Associates Degree in Floriculture, a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture, and a Masters Degree in Agriculture from Ohio State University.

Judy is the author of the book by the same name, along with her earlier books, What Can I Do With My Herbs? and Tomatillos: A Gardener's Delight, A Cook's Dream. She was the founding Editor and Publisher for the monthly publication, Homegrown: Good Sense Organic Living for Texas. She is an alumnus of the University of Texas where she earned a BA and MA in English.

Robbi is the manager of the Antique Rose Emporium in San Antonio. She is a popular speaker on not only using roses, herbs and perennials in the landscape, but the many things you can do with these plants inside the home and kitchen.
