Floral Design Mechanics with James Bliek
James teaches Floral Design for the North East ISD Community Education Department. He holds an Associates Degree in Floriculture, a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture, and a Masters Degree in Agriculture from Ohio State University.

What Makes Heirloom Plants So Great with Judy Barrett
Judy is the author of the book by the same name, along with her earlier books, What Can I Do With My Herbs? and Tomatillos: A Gardener's Delight, A Cook's Dream. She was the founding Editor and Publisher for the monthly publication, Homegrown: Good Sense Organic Living for Texas. She is an alumnus of the University of Texas where she earned a BA and MA in English.
